Creamy whipped coffee (dalgona)

This is a coffee I’ve been having recently as a little pick me up during the lockdown and when I need to power through some studying! It has been going around the internet and social media for a while now as a trend, and it is very tasty. Best part, it only takes around 10 minutes with a hand-whisk, or 5 minutes with an electric whisk. This makes enough for 2 mugs. 


Ingredients
1 tbsp instant coffee powder 
2 tbsp boiling water 
2-3 tbsp white sugar (depending on how sweet you like it). 

Method: 
  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until light and creamy.

  • Fill your desired mugs around ¾ of the way with milk (hot or cold).

  • Top each with half of the creamy coffee mixture.

  • Enjoy!
