Coconut ladoos

The easiest ladoos you’ll every make! Only takes 10 minutes and you just need four basic store cupboard ingredients. This recipe makes around 8 ladoos. They will keep in the fridge for about a week as well, but my recommendation would be to eat them as quickly as possible! 


Ingredients
1 cup desiccated coconut 
½ cup condensed milk 
½ tsp cardamom powder 
Knob butter  

Method
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan on low-medium heat.

  • Tip in the desiccated coconut and roast until lightly golden.

  • Turn off the heat and add the condensed milk and cardamom powder.

  • Mix well until it comes together

  • Roll into small balls and enjoy!
